What Memos Are For

Memos are quick notes for things you'll need later — scratch prompts, research, things you'd like to hand to the AI. They support Markdown, pinning, and reordering.

  • Per-project or global
  • Markdown preview
  • Pin the important ones to the top
  • Copy / paste straight into a task or issue

Opening the Memo Panel

  • Click the memo icon on the right side of the app
  • Or press Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + M to toggle
  • The panel slides in from the right without disrupting your main work

Common Workflows

  • Drafting a long prompt before sending it to the AI
  • Tentative project rules that may graduate into King Mode settings
  • Pasted snippets from chats with teammates
  • Post-mortem notes from solved issues
